Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

• Kerala & South India: 2–5 business days
• Rest of India: 4–8 business days
• Remote Areas: May take up to 10 days

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above ₹999
• ₹100 standard delivery fee for orders below ₹999

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking link to follow your package in real time.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your product arrives damaged or is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info12monkeys@gmail.com with your order details and photos for quick assistance.
