At 12 Monkeys, we want you to love your purchase. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and oils), we do not accept returns once the packaging is opened or used. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll gladly replace it.
Eligibility for Replacement
To qualify for a replacement:

You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.
How to Request a Replacement
Email us at info12monkeys@gmail.com with your order ID, issue details, and supporting images. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide the next steps.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible. Once approved, refunds will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping by contacting us at info12monkeys@gmail.com. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
